كيف اسوي برنامج يدخل لي الوقت بالثواني بعدين يطلعلي كم فيه ساعات ودقائق وثواني والعكس

اي وصلني ردك شكرا لكن كنت اتمنى لو بلغة الفيجوال بيسك

ارجو مساعدة في 

1.Enter 3 numbers  and display the summation of them in combobox then enter 3 student’s names and display them in listbox1
2.Set  textbox color to blue and the color of text in it to red.
3.Set the textbox1 to write many lines and its height to 250.
4.find the subtraction for the values of  two textboxes and display the result in the label1.
5.write program to display positive number in combobox1 and negative number  in combobox 2 from 10 input numbers
7.write a program to display the series  (10,16,......, 60) in listbox1.
