Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.Framework - dfouad - 28-12-17
Question
I have a Visual Studio 2017 vb project with the CrystalReportsRedist2005_x64.msm in a Deployment Project. My deployment machine and target machines are Windows10.
My problem is I always receive the “Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.Framework, Version=10.2.3600.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.” error on the target machine.
Does anyone know what could cause the problem?
