لدى مشكلة عند تسطيب مشروع تنفيذى قمت ببرمجتة بالفيجوال2017  على اى جهاز تظهر رسالة

Tf you cick Quit, the application wil dose immediately.

Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.)

حيث انه لا يرى السيرفر  مع العلم ان الجهاز الخاص بى يراه و بامكانى ادخال بيانات  على السيرفر و غيرى لا
و قمت بتسطيب  على كل الاجهزة سواء ويندوز 7 او 10 (  Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 )

فبماذا تنصحنى ؟
