I noticed that .NET 6 and C# 10 were released recently, and I'm interested in using ASP.NET instead of Node/Express for a few projects. Let's move on to the questions:
Is it possible to use React Hooks and TypeScript with ASP.NET? Since we're talking about frontend and backend, I suppose yes, but I'm not sure how things work with .NET.
What is the difference between ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core in .NET 6? I've come across a lot of terms like Web API, MVC, and Core. Are these two things different or are they design techniques for the same thing?
Do I need to get .NET 6 separately if I'm not using Visual Studio 2022 (I'm on Windows, by the way)?
