لدي قائمة listbox وفيها ارقام

ولاكن فيها :

واريد حذف ال : 

استعملت الكود التالي

 If ListBox1.SelectedIndex > -1 Then

            'حذف العنصر المحدد
            ListBox1.Items.RemoveAt(":")

        End If


ولم يعمل ماهي المشكلة

اذا كان الرمز : موجود ضمن ارقام مثل 1:2 وتريد حذف الرمز : مع بقاء الارقم

PHP كود :

 If ListBox1.SelectedIndex > -1 Then

            'حذف العنصر المحدد
            Dim itm = ListBox1.Items(ListBox1.SelectedIndex).ToString.Replace(":", "")
            ListBox1.Items(ListBox1.SelectedIndex) = itm

        End If
